Still Prioritizing Yesterday's Ticket? Theme First

Yesterday's angry ticket still sets the roadmap. The theme that showed up all month loses.

That job is real. AgentLeverage does not ship a live Customer Feedback Analyzer that themes a ticket CSV or a survey dump by frequency.

If the source is competitor, G2, Capterra, or app-store reviews (a pasted corpus, or review page URLs we can fetch), use Review VOC Pack. Guest runs are free (5/day). Clustered pain themes with cited quotes. You still verify quotes. G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot pages are not fetched; paste those reviews.

If the source is sales-call notes, a support-call transcript, or interview notes, recap that text first. Meeting Summarizer guest runs are free (5/day). You still pick what ships.

If the pain is a mixed pile of reviews, NPS replies, and tickets rather than one call's notes: how to analyze customer feedback with AI without a live Feedback Analyzer

Ticket CSV vs call notes

Three different jobs get sold as "AI feedback analysis":

| Source | What you want | Live on AgentLeverage | | --- | --- | --- | | G2, Capterra, app-store, or other review corpus / page URLs | Clustered pain themes with cited quotes | Yes. Review VOC Pack. Guest 5/day. Paste G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot text. You still verify quotes. | | Ticket, NPS, or survey CSV | Themes by frequency, sentiment rollups, priority scores | No. Customer Feedback Analyzer is not a live tool. You still theme those rows yourself. | | Call notes or a transcript | Recap, decisions, owners, action items | Yes. Meeting Summarizer returns those fields. You still review and decide what ships. |

If you only have a Zendesk or NPS export, keep doing the theme work in your sheet or research tool. App-store and competitor review dumps go to Review VOC Pack.

If the pile is G2, Capterra, or app-store reviews rather than tickets: how to turn those reviews into VOC themes

What recap-first actually does

Meeting Summarizer takes pasted notes or a transcript (TXT, DOCX, VTT, or SRT) and returns:

  • Recap — what was said, in short
  • Decisions — only when they were said
  • Owners — only when someone was named
  • Action items — with due dates when those were said

The tool does not ingest a ticket CSV. It does not score sentiment across a review dump. It does not rank themes by volume. It does not transcribe audio.

If the file is the call recording and it still says Speaker 1, Speaker Separation labels each voice. Guest runs are free (2/day). You rename Speaker 1 and review overlapping turns. That is a working labeled transcript, not a themed review pile.

If action items are still buried in a half-typed note after the call: how to recap notes or a transcript

What Feedback Analyzer is not

Customer Feedback Analyzer is not a live AgentLeverage tool. There is no guest CTA for it.

A generic feedback analyzer, when you use one elsewhere, typically clusters tickets or reviews, tags sentiment, and returns themes you still validate. We do not ship that product for ticket CSVs today. Review dumps go to Review VOC Pack.

Why recency still wins without a theme pass

Manual analysis at scale has three failure modes you can check yourself:

Recency bias. Whoever reads last has the most influence. Yesterday's angry ticket beats the theme that showed up all month.

Category drift. One person calls something a bug, another a UX issue, a third "confusing." Without consistent tags, you cannot find the pattern.

Volume. When the pile is large, most teams do not read all of it. Signals get dropped.

An AI theming pass, when you run one in a tool that actually takes that file, reads the pile and groups related wording. You still decide what ships. Ticket and NPS CSV theming is not a live AgentLeverage product. Review dumps go to Review VOC Pack.

Step-by-step: work the pile you have

1. Separate the pile

Put call notes and transcripts in one folder. Keep ticket and survey CSVs in your sheet or research tool. Put competitor or app-store review text in a corpus for Review VOC Pack. Mixing those jobs is how people buy the wrong tool.

2. Recap each call's notes

For notes or a transcript you already have as text:

  1. Open Meeting Summarizer
  2. Paste the notes or upload TXT, DOCX, VTT, or SRT
  3. Read back the recap, decisions, owners, and action items
  4. Check names, owners, and dates against the source
  5. Carry the reviewed recap into planning. You still pick what ships.

Guest runs are free and rate-limited (5/day). Guest results expire after 7 days. Sign in if you want the job kept until you delete it.

3. Theme the review dump, or walk the ticket CSV yourself

For competitor or app-store reviews, paste the corpus into Review VOC Pack. Read the themes and the cited quotes, then verify the quotes against the source.

If your source of truth is a ticket or NPS export, you still walk the rows. Look for:

  • The same complaint in different words
  • Tags that drifted ("bug" vs "UX" vs "confusing")
  • One loud ticket that is not the common theme

Meeting Summarizer will not ingest that CSV. Customer Feedback Analyzer is not live for it.

4. Compare the reviewed recap to the roadmap

Look at the decisions and action items from the calls you recapped. How many are already on the roadmap? How many are gaps? You still make the prioritization call.

5. Keep a cadence you can actually run

A monthly pass over last month's call notes is a sustainable rhythm for most teams. Quarterly is fine if you only recap planning-cycle interviews. Do not invent a weekly theming ritual we cannot run for you.

What you still review

  • Owners and due dates against the source notes
  • Decisions that the recap inferred but nobody said
  • The ticket or NPS CSV you have not themed yourself
  • Every quote from a Review VOC Pack run before you publish it
  • Every roadmap call. A recap is not a ship decision.

Do not treat a recap as a themed feedback report.

What to check before you pick a tool

Does it take the file you have? Call notes are not a ticket CSV. Ask for the input type first.

Do you still review? Recaps miss unnamed owners and invent tidy decisions. You still check the source.

Can you export? A recap you can paste into the planning doc is the minimum.

What happens to the file? We do not train on your data. Signed-in jobs stay until you delete them. Guest results expire after 7 days.

The rest of the live catalog is on the tools page. Review dumps go to Review VOC Pack. Ticket and NPS CSVs still have no live theming tool.
