Getting Started
- What is this platform?
- AgentLeverage is an AI-powered productivity suite that turns complex documents and data into structured, actionable results. You upload a file or paste text, run a tool, and get a first-pass output you still review — no prompt engineering required.
- Do I need an account to try it?
- Some tools let you run a rate-limited guest try with no account, including Background Remover, Speaker Separation, News Analyzer, Invoice Processor, Quote Check, Review VOC Pack, and Diagram Editor. Guest jobs and files expire after 7 days. Create a free account with 30 free credits to keep jobs until you delete them, keep going past the guest limit, and use tools that require an account, such as Minutes, YouTube Transcript Analysis, AI Inspector, and Audio Redaction. No credit card required.
- How do I get started?
- You can start on a guest-run tool with no account. To save your work and get 30 free credits, create a free account (no credit card), open Tools, pick a tool, upload or paste your input, and click Run.
Credits and Billing
- What are credits?
- Credits are the currency for running tools. Most tools cost a fixed number of credits per run; Speaker Separation and Audio Redaction are charged per minute of audio. You can see the credit cost on each tool's page before you run it.
- How many free credits do I get?
- Every new account receives a free credit allocation to try any tool. The exact amount is shown on the pricing page. No credit card is needed to start.
- Do credits expire?
- Included credits on paid plans refresh each billing period — your used count resets at renewal. One-time purchased credit packs never expire.
- What happens if I run out of credits?
- You can purchase additional credit packs at any time from the billing page without changing your plan. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a higher plan for a larger monthly credit allowance.
- Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
- Yes. Cancel at any time from your billing settings. You keep access through the end of the current billing period with no additional charges.

- What tools are available?
- The current suite includes: Background Remover (Remove backgrounds from images with AI), Speaker Separation (Upload a recording. This AI speaker separation splits multi-speaker audio into a labeled transcript. You still rename Speaker 1, then download isolated stems or export txt and srt), News Analyzer (Paste a URL or article. This news analyzer returns bias, named entities, sentiment, and a summary), Invoice Processor (Upload a PDF or image. This invoice processor extracts vendor, date, amount, and line items), Minutes (Paste notes or a transcript (TXT, VTT, or SRT), or pick a finished Speaker Separation job. Get a recap with decisions and action items. Minutes does not transcribe), Quote Check (Check quotes, decisions, and action items in minutes against the labeled transcript), Review VOC Pack (Paste competitor review URLs or a review corpus. This review VOC pack clusters pain themes with cited quotes), Diagram Editor (Create and visualize diagrams with Mermaid syntax and live preview), YouTube Transcript Analysis (Fetch a YouTube transcript and explore it with an interactive, click-to-seek player plus AI summary), AI Inspector (Analyze Claude Code session transcripts for tool performance, incidents, and per-session traces), and Audio Redaction (Strip names, numbers, and other PII from a recording — redacted transcript plus bleeped audio).
- What file formats are supported?
- Most tools accept PDF, DOCX, TXT, and plain text input. Audio tools accept MP3, WAV, M4A, and other common audio formats. The upload dialog for each tool shows the accepted formats before you upload.
- Is there a file size limit?
- Yes. File size limits vary by tool and plan. The limits are shown on each tool's page. Large audio files for speaker separation, for example, have higher limits on paid plans.
- Can I run tools on the same document multiple times?
- Yes. There are no restrictions on re-running tools. Each run consumes credits, but results from previous runs are saved in your job history.
Privacy and Security
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. We process your files in isolated environments and never use them to train models. Signed-in runs and uploaded files stay in your account until you delete them. Guest runs expire after 7 days.
- Who can see my results?
- Only you (and your organization members, if you use the team features). Results are private by default. Public sharing is opt-in.
- Do you share my data with third parties?
- We use AI providers to process your documents, but we transmit only the minimum content needed for the tool to function. We do not sell your data. See our privacy policy for full details.
Teams and Organizations
- Can I share access with my team?
- Yes. You can create an organization, invite members, and manage shared credit pools and billing from a single account. Organization features are available on paid plans.
- How does team billing work?
- When you create an organization, the organization has its own credit balance. Members run tools against the shared organization credits, not their personal balance. The organization admin manages billing.
