OAC Minutes Missing Owners? Label Speakers

The OAC call ended an hour ago. Minutes still have no owners, not who took the RFI and not what the GC promised on the submittal. Same gap after the site walk and the design review.

Label speakers on the recording, then recap; you still assign the work. The live stack on this page is Speaker Separation, Meeting Summarizer, and Invoice Processor. We do not ship a live Contract Analyzer, a Document Summarizer, or a separate audio transcription product.

Minutes that still have no owners

The evening work after OAC is usually the same three jobs:

  • Relabel a Zoom, Meet, or Teams export that still says Speaker 1 / Speaker 2
  • Write the recap with RFIs, decisions, and owners
  • Key vendor, date, amount, and line items off a subcontractor invoice or vendor bill

Those are the jobs we run. Spec review, contract redlines, and AHJ tracking are real AEC work. They are not live AgentLeverage tools. Do not treat this page as a catalog of every drawing-set task.

If the file is a Zoom, Meet, or Teams export that still says Speaker 1: how to label who spoke on remote meeting recordings

1. Label speakers first

A recording you cannot attribute is not minutes. You sit through it again, pause, type a name, and miss the next sentence.

Speaker Separation takes the audio and returns a labeled transcript. You rename Speaker 1. You can download isolated stems and export txt or srt.

Guest runs are free (2/day). Signed-in orgs pay 2 credits per minute, rounded up. You still rename the labels and review overlapping turns. This is a working labeled transcript, not a certified project record.

Upload the OAC, site-walk, or design-review file. Rename Speaker 1 and Speaker 2 to real names. Check the turns where people talked over each other. Export txt or srt if you want the labeled transcript in another tool.

Try Speaker Separation →

2. Recap from notes or a transcript

Meeting Summarizer does not take the audio file. It does not join Zoom or Meet. It takes notes or a transcript and returns a recap, decisions, owners, and action items when those were said.

Paste the labeled transcript from Speaker Separation, or upload TXT, DOCX, VTT, or SRT. Guest runs are free (5/day). Signed-in orgs pay 2 credits per summary.

You still review owners and due dates before you send minutes. A name you never renamed, or a "we'll circle back" that was never assigned, turns into a confusing action item.

The first pass returns:

  • A short recap of what was covered
  • Decisions, when they were said
  • Action items with an owner and a due date when those were said
  • Open questions that still need a follow-up

That is recap and notes, not clause review. Skip this tool for a two-minute standup you can recap from memory. Skip it when you need a certified record or a bot in the call.

3. Extract invoices instead of rekeying them

Subcontractor invoices, consultant bills, and material receipts still need vendor, date, amount, and line items in a sheet or in your books. Typing them off a PDF is the slow part.

Invoice Processor takes a PDF, PNG, or JPEG and extracts those fields. Guest runs are free (5/day). Signed-in orgs pay 3 credits per document.

It does not categorize expenses, flag duplicates, or file your taxes. It does not read a spec book or an AIA agreement. You still spot-check totals and assign the cost code before you book.

Upload the invoice PDF or a photo of the page. Check vendor, date, amount, and line items against the source. Copy the structured fields into your sheet or accounting tool. Assign the cost code yourself.

What we do not ship

These jobs show up in AEC admin. They are not live AgentLeverage runs:

  • Owner, sub, and consultant agreements. Search the PDF for indemnity, retainage, liquidated damages, and notice periods, or paste those sections into a prompt you already use. That is a first pass, not legal advice. We do not ship a live Contract Analyzer. Call counsel when the dollars or the terms are unusual.
  • Specification and report summaries. We do not ship a Document Summarizer. Meeting Summarizer recaps notes or a transcript. It does not ingest a 1,000-page spec PDF.
  • A separate audio transcription product. Speaker Separation labels speakers on a recording. Meeting Summarizer does not transcribe audio.
  • Bank-export expense tagging. Invoice Processor extracts a document. It does not classify a CSV of card charges. We do not ship a live Expense Categorizer.

If a sibling page still mentions those names, treat them as comparison language, not a Try button.

Other tools firms already use

Bluebeam Revu is still the usual plan-markup tool. Procore is still the usual project-controls system. Otter joins the live call. A general assistant (ChatGPT, Claude) can help you draft a memo if you paste the text yourself.

We do not sell those products, and we do not replace them. A labeled transcript is not a sheet markup. An invoice extract is not an RFI log.

What you still review

  • Speaker 1 labels you have not renamed, and turns where people talked over each other
  • Owners and due dates that were never said out loud
  • Invoice totals, tax, and line items before they hit the job cost
  • Any clause you are about to sign, and any spec section you are about to enforce

Guest "Free" is the daily quota. After that, signed-in orgs spend credits. Start with 30 free credits on signup. Unused included credits do not carry forward. Pack credits never expire.

A working sequence for one OAC week

You do not need every tool on day one.

  1. After the next recorded OAC or coordination call, run Speaker Separation (guest 2/day). Rename Speaker 1.
  2. Paste that transcript into Meeting Summarizer (guest 5/day). Review the recap, then send minutes.
  3. When a subcontractor invoice or vendor bill lands, run Invoice Processor (guest 5/day). Check the totals.

Skip Speaker Separation when you already have a clean transcript with real names. Skip Meeting Summarizer for a standup you can recap from memory. Skip Invoice Processor when you already typed the line items.

Frequently asked questions

Which AI tools can an AEC practice use on AgentLeverage today?

The live tools in this stack are Speaker Separation, Meeting Summarizer, and Invoice Processor. Contract Analyzer, Document Summarizer, Expense Categorizer, and Customer Feedback Analyzer are not enabled.

Can I try speaker labels without an account?

Yes. Guest runs of Speaker Separation are free (2/day). You still rename Speaker 1 and review overlapping turns.

Does Meeting Summarizer take the OAC recording?

No. Paste notes or upload a transcript (TXT, DOCX, VTT, SRT). If you only have audio, label speakers first, then paste that transcript. Guest runs are free (5/day). Meeting Summarizer does not transcribe audio.

Does AgentLeverage ship a live Contract Analyzer?

No. Contract Analyzer is not an enabled tool. Agreement review still happens in the source PDF, or with counsel. A recap of the OAC call is not clause review.

Does AgentLeverage ship a Document Summarizer or a separate transcription tool?

No. We do not ship a Document Summarizer. Speaker Separation labels speakers on a recording. Meeting Summarizer recaps notes or a transcript. It does not take a scanned spec.

Can Invoice Processor extract a spec or an AIA agreement?

No. It extracts vendor, date, amount, and line items from a PDF or image of an invoice or receipt. You still categorize and spot-check. Guest runs are free (5/day).

Is the labeled transcript a certified project record?

No. It is a working labeled transcript. You still review. Do not treat it as a certified record or a signed agreement.

Do I need to adopt the whole stack?

No. Start with the job that is still missing owners tonight. For most people who show up here, that is labeling speakers.

Need to know who said what on the last OAC call? Try Speaker Separation — guest runs are free (2/day). You still rename Speaker 1. Then recap with Meeting Summarizer (5/day) or extract a PDF with Invoice Processor (5/day).
