After-Hours Invoices and Recaps? Extract Them First
AgentLeverage Team
3/20/2026
You're still the accountant, the operations manager, and the note-taker after closing. Vendor PDFs and call recaps wait in the same pile.
Extract the invoice, label speakers, then recap; you still review before you book or send. The live stack on this page is Invoice Processor, Meeting Summarizer, Speaker Separation, and News Analyzer. We do not ship a live Contract Analyzer or Customer Feedback Analyzer.
The after-hours pile
The evening work is usually the same jobs:
- Key vendor, date, amount, and line items off a PDF so you can book
- Relabel a Zoom, Meet, or Teams export that still says Speaker 1 / Speaker 2
- Write the recap you promised to send
- Check a news link before you quote it to a client
Those are the jobs we run. Contract review and survey-theme mining are real owner work. They are not live AgentLeverage tools. Do not treat this page as a catalog of every admin task.
If the pile is vendor PDFs, not call notes: how to extract invoice fields before you book them
1. Extract invoices instead of rekeying them
If you're re-typing vendor, date, amount, and line items into a sheet or into your books, that is the slow part.
Invoice Processor takes a PDF, PNG, or JPEG and extracts those fields. Guest runs are free (5/day). Signed-in orgs pay 3 credits per document.
It does not categorize expenses, flag duplicates, or file your taxes. You still spot-check totals and assign the category before you book. The result includes a confidence score so you know when to double-check.
Upload the invoice PDF or a photo of the page. Check vendor, date, amount, and line items against the source. Copy the structured fields into your sheet or accounting tool. Assign the category yourself.
2. Recap from notes or a transcript
Most calls still need a follow-up: decisions, owners, and action items. Writing that from memory is how the recap waits until after closing.
Meeting Summarizer does not take the audio file. It does not join Zoom or Meet. It takes notes or a transcript and returns a recap, decisions, owners, and action items when those were said.
Paste the labeled transcript from Speaker Separation, or upload TXT, DOCX, VTT, or SRT. Guest runs are free (5/day). Signed-in orgs pay 2 credits per summary.
You still review owners and due dates before you send. A name you never renamed, or a "we'll circle back" that was never assigned, turns into a confusing action item.
Skip this tool for a standup you can recap from memory. Skip it when you need a certified record or a bot in the call.

3. Vendor terms you still have to read yourself
Owners sign vendor agreements, client SOWs, NDAs, and leases. Dense terms still take a real read before you sign.
We do not ship a live Contract Analyzer. There is no upload-and-flag-clauses run here.
If the source is the vendor call you already recorded, label speakers and recap that first. Meeting Summarizer guest runs are free (5/day). That is recap and notes, not clause review.
Search the PDF for payment, termination, liability, IP, and auto-renewal, or paste those sections into a prompt you already use. That is a first pass, not legal advice. Call a lawyer when the dollars or the terms are unusual.

4. Feedback you still have to theme yourself
Surveys, tickets, and reviews pile up. Reading that pile by hand is how yesterday's loudest note sets next week's work.
We do not ship a live Customer Feedback Analyzer. There is no upload-a-CSV-and-get-themes run here.
If the source is a support call, a churn interview, or sales-call notes you already have as text, recap that first. Meeting Summarizer guest runs are free (5/day). You still decide which issues to chase.
Keep theming the review and ticket export in your sheet or research tool.

5. Label speakers first
A recording you cannot attribute is not notes. You sit through it again, pause, type a name, and miss the next sentence.
Speaker Separation takes the audio and returns a labeled transcript. You rename Speaker 1. You can download isolated stems and export txt or srt.
Guest runs are free (2/day). Signed-in orgs pay 2 credits per minute, rounded up. You still rename Speaker 1 and review overlapping turns. This is a working labeled transcript, not a certified legal record.
Upload the Zoom, Meet, or Teams file. Rename Speaker 1 and Speaker 2. Check the turns where people talked over each other. Export txt or srt if you want the labeled transcript in another tool.

What we do not ship
These jobs show up in owner admin. They are not live AgentLeverage runs:
- Vendor agreements, SOWs, NDAs, leases. Search the PDF or recap the vendor call. We do not ship a live Contract Analyzer.
- Survey, ticket, or review-theme mining. Recap the call notes you already have. We do not ship a live Customer Feedback Analyzer.
- Bank-export expense tagging. Invoice Processor extracts a document. It does not classify a CSV of card charges. We do not ship a live Expense Categorizer.
If a sibling page still mentions those names, treat them as comparison language, not a Try button.
A working sequence for one vendor week
You do not need every tool on day one.
- When a vendor PDF lands, run Invoice Processor (guest 5/day). Check the totals.
- After the next recorded vendor or client call, run Speaker Separation (guest 2/day). Rename Speaker 1.
- Paste that transcript into Meeting Summarizer (guest 5/day). Review the recap, then send it.
- If you need to quote a news link, paste the URL into News Analyzer (guest 10/day). You still decide what it means.
Skip Invoice Processor when you already typed the line items. Skip Speaker Separation when you already have a clean transcript with real names. Skip Meeting Summarizer for a standup you can recap from memory.
What you still review
- Invoice totals, tax, and line items before they hit your books
- Speaker 1 labels you have not renamed, and turns where people talked over each other
- Owners and due dates that were never said out loud
- Any clause you are about to sign
Guest "Free" is the daily quota. After that, signed-in orgs spend credits. Start with 30 free credits on signup. Unused included credits do not carry forward. Pack credits never expire.
Getting started
Pick the job that is still waiting after closing tonight. For most people who land on this page, that is the invoice PDF. Extract it, check the fields, then book.

No. Customer Feedback Analyzer is not an enabled tool. Recap the call notes you already have with Meeting Summarizer (guest 5/day). You still decide.
