Invoices that are invoices

Vendor bills and expert invoices are a different file than an NDA.

Contract review and document summarization as jobs, not live tools

Vendor agreements, NDAs, leases, and service contracts still need a person on the terms. Depositions, expert reports, and discovery sets still need a person on the pages that matter.

Confidentiality and data handling

Law firms have real confidentiality duties. Before you upload a file to any commercial tool, ask:

Does the vendor use your data for model training? (We do not train models on your data.)
Where is data stored and processed?
Do you have a BAA or a law-firm data-security addendum if you need one?

Do not upload material you cannot put in a commercial tool. A first pass assists. It does not replace attorney judgment.

Decisions and owners that were never said out loud
Dates, dollar amounts, and party names
Speaker 1 labels you have not renamed
Every clause you are about to advise on
